15 of us headed south from Portland for a great weekend in Bend, Oregon

After some early morning logistics we split up into a snowshoe and ski group, destination:
Mt Bachelor
We got out of the fog of Bend for an awesome sunny day.

Get off the groomed runs though and you might as well have brought ice skates.
Poor Mt Bachelor, standing solitary..........while off in the distance are The Three Sisters

That evening we had dinner and experienced a local tea house. Dave is sampling Craig's expiremental tea, I can't pronounce it. Basically it makes your tongue go numb and fall off. That's why he's not smiling. And it tastes very bad. But Craig was still happy he tried something out of the ordinary. Go figure.
The next morning it was off to a very good day at Bend special meetings.
It was a great trip. Thanks Rian for pulling it together.

And thanks Dave for telling me to get out there into the cold and snap a few pics early one morning, I'll title it: A study in Hoarfrost
