Rock and Roll Seattle!

The running Potts family from Ohio came to town!

A friday night carb load

The result for me was a 1:39:04 half marathon, I was excited to cut over 6 minutes off my previous best, even if the joy isn't evident in the picture. Hopefully this was taken near the end, the last three miles felt like five.

It also solidified in my mind that 13.1 miles is as far as I want to run!

Wow--congrats on your time and your parties on both ends looked like you all had fun! That was a busy weekend. Loved a glimpse of the Laura/Craig wedding. Wonderful pair! And that song is headed for Nashville~~! You could "feel the love"~thanks for sharing it. Guess you're not starting a web matching-making site anytime soon? You did very well on this one!
very nice-- well done! you don't even look like you are sweating if that was taken at the end- impressive :o)
Fantastic work!! Thanks again for the awesome friday night feast... gave me lots of fuel for all of that... well, WALKING, that I did.
Way to go, Justin!
So great to see all your pictures, Justin! Laura S. and I are friends from way way long ago, and nice to see photos of Craig & Laura's wedding, too! And Mrs. Potts is my cousin :-) They thought we still lived in Seattle...glad you could take care of them for us! Great job on the singing and running!!
