Ross Lake Fishing/Boating Trip

Dad and I in one boat and Brian and Matt in anther boat....we set off to experience one of the treasures of the North Cascades. The 30mile long Ross Lake. Only two access points keep this lake remote....we rented boats at the Resort and headed north for two nights/three days of fishing and camping.
A healthy native fishery in this lake......with strict fishing rules to keep it that way. We fished pretty hard to get the fish we did....but it was worth it! The one we kept and ate was tasty!

Trying not to be envious of this summer fun in the beauty of WA - I'm noticing a theme in my reactions!
