A significant blog worthy event happened in early September. I became a homeowner again. 790sf of city living. Small you say? Yes...but the chances of me keeping it somewhat clean are now exponentially increased! These photos are primarily as it was when I moved in. The last three are some progress shots. I suppose I'll post a few more as projects go on but don't want to turn this into a home improvement blog! It was built in 1951, is in need of some updates but is pretty solid. The biggest problem is electrical, it will need to be re-wired over time. First off though I'm tackling the easy stuff....new basebord molding and trim, including window trim in the living room and lots of paint. So Home Depot....here we go again!

This anonymous person might have to give some hints as to their identity. Feels like big brother commenting on my shower like that! Are you a relative by chance?
Well, I've seen the shower curtain in place so I don't need a blog to show me. I'm a relative but not the anonymous kind. I'm the mom who also happens to be a Husky fan.
I think an update blog on the place is in order tho! Actually Home Depot should get some before and after shots...they get quite a bit of your business on your home "remodels"!
